Em là Minh Thà nh đây. Anh và gia đình khá»e không? Mấy ngà y nay má»i sá»± Ä‘á»u quay cuồng lên cả. Mở mắt cÅ©ng thấy xác chết, nhắm mắt cÅ©ng thấy xác chết. Má»—i thằng tụi em má»—i đứa phải trá»±c 20h/má»™t ngà y. Ước gì thá»i gian dà i 48 tiếng má»™t ngà y để mà còn Ä‘i tìm cứu ngÆ°á»i. Äiện nÆ°á»›c không , thá»±c phẩm gần nhÆ° số không! Di tản dân chÆ°a xong thì lại có lệnh Ä‘Æ°a dân Ä‘i di tản tiếp.
Em Ä‘ang ở Fukushima, cách nhà máy Ä‘iện Fukushima một khoảng cách 25km, có rất nhiá»u chuyện có thể viết nên thà nh sách vá» tình ngÆ°á»i trong hoạn nạn.
Ngà y hôm kia em đã tìm thấy và cứu được má»™t ngÆ°á»i VN. Anh ta tên là Toà n đến từ Mỹ, kỹ sÆ° nguyên tá» lá»±c là m việc tại nhà máy Ä‘iện hạt nhân Fukushima 1. Anh ta bị tai nạn ngay cÆ¡n Ä‘á»™ng đất đầu tiên, má»i thứ há»—n loạn nên chẳng ai giúp anh ta liên lạc cả.
Tình cá» biết được, em đã liên lạc vá»›i Äại sứ quán Mỹ; và phải công nháºn tụi Mỹ nó nhanh, ngay láºp tức trá»±c thăng của quân Ä‘á»™i Mỹ đến bệnh viện bốc anh ta Ä‘Æ°a thẳng ra hạm Ä‘á»™i 7.
Còn lại má»™t số tu nghiệp sinh VN ở trong vùng nà y thì em Ä‘ang tìm vẫn chÆ°a có thông tin rõ rà ng. Nếu có thông tin chÃnh xác tên tuổi, nÆ¡i là m việc của há» thì dá»… tìm kiếm hÆ¡n. Ở Nháºt, cảnh sát không có quản lý gắt gao vá» há»™ tịch nhÆ° ở VN; và luáºt bảo há»™ thông tin cÅ©ng khiến cho việc tìm thông tin của há» cÅ©ng khó. Em gặp má»™t phụ nữ Nháºt có là m việc chung vá»›i 7 cô gái đến từ VN là m việc vá»›i tÆ° cách tu nghiệp sinh, chá»— há» là m cách bá» biển khoảng 3km, bà ta nói rằng há» không biết tiếng Nháºt và lúc chạy loạn thì há» chạy theo bà ta, nhÆ°ng sau đó thì không biết chạy Ä‘i đâu còn sống hay là chết. Trong đó bà ta chỉ nhá»› tên má»™t cô gái tên là Nguyá»…n Thị Huyá»n (Có thể tên là Hiá»n) vì là m việc chung nhau.
Nhân viên Äại sứ quán và chÃnh phủ VN vẫn chÆ°a thấy xuất hiện ở đây, dù Ä‘á»c trên báo mạng của VN thấy há» nói lo lắng cho dân VN rất tốt, toà n xạo cả.
Ngay cả cảnh sát tụi em còn đói khát tả tÆ¡i thì huống chi tá»›i mấy đứa nhá» tu nghiệp sinh VN. Ná»—i khổ nhất ở vùng nà y bây giá» là Lạnh, Äói, Khát, không có Ä‘iện, thiếu thông tin. Dân chúng thì vẫn bình tÄ©nh, lòng tá»± trá»ng và luân lý của há» tốt nên chÆ°a đến ná»—i loạn; nhÆ°ng nếu tình hình nà y kéo dà i thêm chừng 1 tuần nữa thì có khả năng tình hình an ninh không thể kiểm soát nổi. Há» cÅ©ng là con ngÆ°á»i mà , khi cÆ¡n đói khát đã vượt quá lòng tá»± trá»ng và nhân cách thì cái gì cÅ©ng phải là m thôi. ChÃnh phủ Ä‘ang láºp cầu không váºn thá»±c phẩm và thuốc men và o vùng nà y nhÆ°ng chỉ nhÆ° muối bá» biển.
Có nhiá»u chuyện muốn kể cho anh nghe để đăng trang tin của anh nhÆ°ng mà nhiá»u đến Ä‘á»™ bây giá» em cÅ©ng chẳng biết gì mà viết nữa.
Có má»™t câu chuyện cảm Ä‘á»™ng ngà y hôm qua má»™t đứa bé Nháºt đã dạy cho má»™t ngÆ°á»i lá»›n nhÆ° em má»™t bà i há»c là m ngÆ°á»i.
Tối hôm qua em được phái tá»›i má»™t trÆ°á»ng tiểu há»c phụ giúp há»™i tá»± trị ở đó để phân phát thá»±c phẩm cho các ngÆ°á»i bị nạn. Trong cái hà ng rồng rắn những ngÆ°á»i xếp hà ng em chú ý đến má»™t đứa nhá» chừng 9 tuổi, trên ngÆ°á»i chỉ có chiếc ao thun và quần đùi. Trá»i rất lạnh mà nó lại xếp hà ng cuối cùng, em sợ đến phiên của nó thì chắc chẳng còn thức ăn. Nên má»›i lại há»i thăm. Nó kể nó Ä‘ang há»c ở trÆ°á»ng trong giá» thể dục thì Ä‘á»™ng đất và sóng thần đến, cha của nó là m việc gần đó đã chạy đến trÆ°á»ng, từ ban công lầu 3 của trÆ°á»ng nó nhiÌ€n thấy chiếc xe và cha nó bị nÆ°á»›c cuốn trôi, 100% khả năng chắc là chết rồi. Há»i mẹ nó đâu, nó nói nhà nó nằm ngay bá» biển, mẹ và em của nó chắc cÅ©ng không chạy kịp. Thằng nhá» quay ngÆ°á»i lau vá»™i dòng nÆ°á»›c mắt khi nghe em há»i đến thân nhân. Nhìn thấy nó lạnh em má»›i cởi cái áo khoác cảnh sát trùm lên ngÆ°á»i nó. Vô tình bao lÆ°Æ¡ng khô khẩu phần ăn tối của em bị rÆ¡i ra ngoà i, em nhặt lên Ä‘Æ°a cho nó và nói: "Äợi tá»›i phiên của con chắc hết thức ăn, khẩu phần của chú đó, chú ăn rồi, con ăn Ä‘i cho đỡ đói".
Thằng bé nháºn túi lÆ°Æ¡ng khô của em, khom ngÆ°á»i cảm Æ¡n. Em tưởng nó sẽ ăn ngấu nghiến ngay lúc đó nhÆ°ng không phải, nó ôm bao lÆ°Æ¡ng khô Ä‘i thẳng lên chá»— những ngÆ°á»i Ä‘ang phát thá»±c phẩm và để bao lÆ°Æ¡ng khô và o thùng thá»±c phẩm Ä‘ang phân phát rồi lại quay lại xếp hà ng. Ngạc nhiên vô cùng, em há»i nó tại sao con không ăn mà lại Ä‘em bá» và o đó.
NoÌ trả lá»i: " Bởi vì còn có nhiá»u ngÆ°á»i chắc đói hÆ¡n con. Bá» và o đó để các cô chú phát chung cho công bằng chú ạ".
Em nghe xong vá»™i quay mặt Ä‘i chá»— khác để khóc để má»i ngÆ°á»i không nhìn thấy. Tháºt cảm Ä‘á»™ng. Không ngá» má»™t đứa nhá» 9 tuổi má»›i há»c lá»›p 3 đã có thể dạy em má»™t bà i há»c là m ngÆ°á»i trong lúc khốn khó nhất. Má»™t bà i há»c vô cùng cảm Ä‘á»™ng vá» sá»± hy sinh.
Má»™t dân tá»™c vá»›i những đứa trẻ 9 tuổi đã biết nhẫn nại, chịu gian khổ và chấp nháºn hy sinh cho ngÆ°á»i khác chắc chắn là má»™t dân tá»™c vÄ© đại. Äất nÆ°á»›c nà y Ä‘ang đứng ở trong những giá» phút nguy cấp nhất của sá»± Ä‘iêu tà n, nhÆ°ng chắc chắn nó sẽ hồi sinh mạnh hÆ¡n nhá» những công dân biết hy sinh bản thân ngay từ tuổi niên thiếu.
NghÄ© lại câu nói của ông già Fuwa nguyên chủ tịch Äảng CS Nháºt giáo sÆ° dạy em vá» TÆ° bản luáºn đã nói rằng " Nếu MaÌc sống lại, ông ta sẽ thêm má»™t câu và o trong cuốn TÆ° bản luáºn đó là 'Chủ nghÄ©a CS chỉ thà nh công trên đất Nháºt' ".
Và i dòng gá»i cho anh, chúc anh khá»e. Tá»›i giá» em và o phiên trá»±c nữa rồi.

We didn't know until most people had left. But the scenes on TV was unbelievable. Houses, cars, boats being swept over land as toys in a bath tub. On the way back home we saw long lines of car waiting at gas stations. Our car's gas tank was at the 1/4 mark, but we decided not to waste the 1/2 hour needed to fill it up. Our home is high on a hill, but I parked my car a little higher just in case. We are one mile from the coast and could hardly hear the sirens, which was going full blast since ten PM. In the morning I woked up at four AM. The first Tsunami waves had just arrived. No biggies, five feet surge that barely reached beyond the shorelines. The water would recede till the reef lay bare on the bottom, then the surge would come, foaming waves that kept going until they reached land. Fortunately, they were of mediocre sizes. Stopping just when they reached shore. It was a little worse on the Big Island, where taller waves swept along the storefronts. I received many emails asking about the situation in Hawaii. Not bad at all. Then the attention turn to the Washington and California Coast. My boat in Everett is no problem despite news of boats being swept out to sea in Santa Cruz harbor. The height of the Tsunami would reach the US coast at low tide. If there is any danger, it comes from the surge, not the high level of water. Everett is but a nook in Puget Sound. I have no worry. The news of the Tsunami remind me of how fleeting life can be. Those people in the city of Sendai saw their lives changed completely in a few minutes. It is hard to imagine the Tsunami roar as it swept away your house, car and turn the entire neighborhood into ruins. You have your life one minute and the next minute it is gone.
